"Had an accessible room. While great handicapped parking out front, our room was at other end of building where no ramp. My husband had hard time with the curb. Room renovated, but too small for wheelchair access. Room seemed clean, but when I spilled some water on the floor and cleaned up with paper towel, the towel came up black. I wiped another area on the floor and it also came up dirty. Do they sweep but not mop? "

"Clean and quiet. The hotel restaurant had great food and was a very accommodating place even though i arived late. They still let me buy food. "

"The price was great and the desk lady was nice and efficient. My dog was allowed at no extra charge. A good restaurant was walking distance. The pool looked clean. The refrigerator leaked , the tv had issues with the picture. I found a malt ball and piece of carrot on the floor."

"The hotel was fully booked upon arrival and there was no parking available. The staff member on duty suggested I park across the road in a pitch black lot belonging to another business and mentioned that cars do not usually get towed. As a solo female traveler, I explained that I did not feel safe parking in a dark unfamiliar area that far from the hotel. I asked to cancel my reservation given the circumstances but was told it was past the cancellation window despite having made the booking only an hour prior. Of course the hotel would take no responsibility if something were to happen to my vehicle in an unauthorized parking lot. I was traveling on business and could not afford the risk of my car being towed or broken into. I ultimately had to leave and find accommodation elsewhere. Suggesting that a guest park in an unsafe unlit area is inappropriate and irresponsible, especially when safety concerns are clearly expressed."

"Excellent hotel in Visalia. The best part was the bar - the Bartender, Antonio - makes the most amazing lychee martini. A perfect way to end a long work day."
