"I was due to arrive on Friday 27th Jan due to my 11 yr old son collapsing at school and being diagnosed with a serious heart condition I had to cancel the trip. The hotel refused a refund and when Expedia approached them on my behalf, they did not answer their phone or e-mails. Terrible customer ..."
