Visited my relatives in this cozy country-side of Japan with many rice fields; I was happy to have stayed in this new establishment that is just 4 minute walk from the train station. Very clean, very safe, wonderful staffs. Family Mart across the street and surprisingly a large Aeon department store, Game Center, and many other places literally just around the hotel all within 2-5 minutes walk! Also sooooo many amazing restaurants and isakayas surrounding the hotel. The location of this hotel is amazing! One key point about this place that I ABSOLUTELY loved was the free breakfast service with so many varieties food served in a buffet-style. The staffs there were wonderful and kind! And I HAVE TO MENTION the rice!!! The Niigata rice was available freshly cooked in their rice cooker; and that was HEAVEN! One last cool feature worth mentioning is that the time of the laundry/dryer machines are displayed in real-time on the TV screen so you won't have to keep going down to the 1st floor to check your clothes. That was a very cool feature! :)

The free breakfast is on the 14th floor. It is this first Toyoko Inn I have stayed where breakfast is not served on the same floor as the front desk. This proper Had much newer style of faucet and shower controls. I enjoyed my stay here!

お部屋も清潔で、いつもの安心感のあるホテルですが、今回はシャワーの持ち手にヒビか入っていて、そこからお湯が吹き出ていたのが残念でした。 TVの施設案内では電子レンジがロビーにあると表示されていましたが、実際は14階の食堂にあり、エレベーター内の掲示だけだと見落としてしまうので、もっとわかりやすく表示して欲しかったです。

第一駐車場は早く行かないと空いていない 第二は歩いて5分位で料金は第一の半額なので、よっぽどの悪天候でなければ良きかな？ 荷物があってもフロントで預けてからチェックインするのが得策。 朝食は東横インって感じの朝食 眺望は個人差ありです 隣の産業振興センターとイオンとへぎそばが食べられるお店があるのは凄く良き！ お散歩マップは作っておいて欲しかったなと思いました

3人で利用しました。室内は広く、清掃が行き届いていて、ベットもソファも浴室内も清潔感がありました。チェックイン・チェックアウト時のスタッフの方々の対応もとても好感が持てました。朝食の際に食事を補充してくださった方々もとても丁寧で朝から気分良く過ごせました。チェックアウト後に、部屋に忘れ物をしていた事に気づかず、お電話でお知らせくださった際も丁寧にご対応してくださいました。次回、新潟に訪れる際はまた利用したいと思いました。
