Was my ‘go to’ in Adelboden, but the attentiveness of staff is now lacking, and the front desk personnel were so unwelcoming (you only get once chance to make a first impression), we’ll probably head somewhere else in town for future stays. In the past, the pool, views, and suites were such a draw, but all of those things lose their appeal when the staff make you feel like you’re hanging at a hostel. "

"This by far was my favorite placed we stayed in Switzerland. Kandersteg is a gorgeous town and the hotel was so cute. We had the best view from our room. The room was very spacious and clean. "Room was ok and clean with a nice view. Unfortunately the walls were paper thin and a very large tour group were loud in the corridors late at night & when getting up very early in the morning. So we had a very poor sleep."
"I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again. "

Door so the door can be left open without fear of bugs entering the room.
We went during hot temperatures, but it was not that hot in the rooms. There is no air conditioning in rooms and no fans if you need when it gets hot.
Hotel provided breakfast was amazing. Very elegant dine in experience and huge variety and it was included free!
This hotel is close to a waterfall, 20 mins that you can get to easily. The hotel is newly built and everything is new and great conditon, organized bathrooms in small place.
Front desk, Frederick was very helpful. He helped us order food when we got there late
And to top it off, there is a halal restaurant with gyros, chicken wraps and pizza all halal. Very nice Syrian couple run the restaurant. Food was great.
