"The hotel is currently under renovations. My room did not have a working shower - I arrived late and departed very early. Management onsite indicated I would get a refund for the inconvenience. However, the next day the "senior" leader indicated I would get "points". This is extremely disappointing for a Hilton / Hampton Hotel. I trust the right people will make this right."

"The heater worked well, room was clean, owner was helpful. However, I guess you get what you pay for. The shower repeatedly runs hot then cold, not consistent at all. When told to owner, he suggested showeing before 11 am, which I did for two days with no difference."

"Rooms" were nasty. Went to tell front desk staff My daughter & me want a different room. I sent my daughter to car and thank god! Front desk.staff was fighting with a guest. Then proceeded to cuse at him which upsets guest then it proceeded to turn physical. I ran out immediately and left with my daughter. DONT STAY HERE! "

"I reserved this room because of the pool and that it had breakfast included. The woman that checked us in was great. The pool was broken and the breakfast was worse than a gas stations. However the room was clean and quiet."
