"We returned to Akomo after a stay the week before. It's very well located for train travelers and a direct and close walk to shops and restaurants and trams. We had left an item behind and it was waiting for us when we returned. The room is basic and it's self-entry but this is reflected in the reasonable price. Ask the owner for a Bern Welcome Card for free local transport. S/he was very responsive to all contacts."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful breakfast was fresh and had a lot of options. Location was wonderful. Close to all of the tourist spots. Listed with having “some” private parking but was informed they only have one spot. Parking in garage was very expensive. There was a smell of sewage in the shower. But they had had a plumber in that day so I assume they had an issue. But would stay again "
