The area isn’t as touristy so a quieter place. Would definitely recommend the plaza Slano which is just around the bay. "Our first night was a bit of a disappointment as our room was overbooked. We had the room for people with physical disabilities which made us laugh as the bath was not easy access at all! The staff were really apologetic and we got a complementary meal. Following day our room was ready and we were amazed at our suite. Lovely! Beach just outside the hotel but pool (indoor and outdoor) were shared with the next door sister hotel. Still very lovely. Breakfast included and full buffet. Excellent and tasty. Many restaurants within easy walking distance and a large supermarket 30 minutes walk away. Buses to Dubrovnik frequent and cheap (€2.90 one way). Water taxi lovely but more spenny (€30 return). Nearly all the staff were lovely and helpful but one or two need to brush up on their communication skills and customer service. Would love to stay again though as genuinely a lovely place to stay."
