"This is a basic hotel that does not really offer any amenities; i.e.; no breakfast, etc., but I knew that when I made the reservation. The hallways were somewhat dirty and the hallway carpet was worn, but my room was clean and comfortable and I had a peaceful nights sleep without noise problems from other guests. The location is excellent for doing things in Troy and Birmingham. Check in and check out was easy. Beyond that, I did not have any interaction with the hotel staff. I would stay here again."

"We stayed for 2 nights, check in was quick and no issues. Room was cleaned and seemed well maintained. Beds were quite comfy, better than expected. Property and area was quiet, but there was stores and food places just a short drive away (5 mins if that) which was convenient since we don’t know the area. If we return to Detroit next year we would book here again."
