"Toilet wouldn't flush, no water, phone out of order. When I checked out and reported issues, staff acknowledged they were aware but still put me in a room with no working water. I asked for manager to contact me but never heard back. Ice machine didn't work either. Would not recommend."

I shouldn’t have to go buy towels or amenities like soap and shampoo this is all supposed to be supplied and clean come on get it together breakfast was horrible cereal and waffle no hot breakfast the guy on the second day was more nicer Saturday afternoon than the lady who checked me in on Friday he gave me clean towels with questioning or telling me anything"

"Our stay at Holiday Inn was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. Upon check-in, we were unable to access our assigned room because the door lock battery was dead. After notifying housekeeping, we waited in the lobby with all of our luggage for about 20 minutes before being reassigned to another room. During our stay, we experienced persistent noise issues—from the elevator, ice machine, and guests upstairs who seemed active throughout the night. This ultimately led us to check out earlier than planned after three nights. The room itself was also understocked, with only two washcloths and a single hand towel provided. Having traveled extensively, particularly in military towns, this level of inconsistency is disappointing and, unfortunately, feels familiar. It’s disheartening, as this is a brand I remember fondly from childhood and expected better from in terms of overall property upkeep and guest experience. The only positive note: my husband did enjoy the coffee. Overall, not the experience we had hoped for."

"Room was clean, just old, chair was badly stained, tv remote hard to use & breakfast was very poor, apples were the only fresh thing. Waffles, sugary breakfast cereal, barely any coffee…that was it! Places around easy to get to for food, some within walking distance."

"The person at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was clean but there was trash piled up in all the trash cans outside, piled by the door we came in and out and never cleaned up. Mind you we only stayed one night so this wasnt a problem. More nights and I would have asked them to clean it up. The free breakfast left something to be desired. Overall, I would stay again if I was coming back to this area and needed a place to stay over. We did have our german shepherd with us and most hotels dont allow this so i was grateful for this and the price was very reasonable. We only came to town on business so its not like we were on vacation."
