"The room was nice and clean however the mirror that was glued to the wall above the head board had been removed and the glue used to hold it in place was left on the wall. It appears that is was liquid nails bonding glue that dried extremely hard and had a razor sharp edge! In the middle of the night as I reached to adjust my pillow I sliced my finger open on the glue!"

"The room was incredibly dirty. The floors had water stains, and the bathroom was barely cleaned. Water stains were visible everywhere, even the toilet was gross. I stayed for two nights, and my room was never cleaned, and new towels weren’t provided. The hotel was extremely noisy. Guests were inconsiderate and didn’t seem to be aware of the time or that other guests were around. I couldn’t sleep a single night that I decided to leave at 6 AM. I rang the bell to check out, but no staff came. I just dropped my keys in the front and left. The staff was never around, and the elevators took forever, even though no one was using them. The hotel also had a very unpleasant smell. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all. It’s absolutely filthy."

"We chose the hotel due to it being within walking distance from SPAC, where we attended a concert. The check-in was quick. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was clean and well appointed for a one-night stay. There is a Kuerig and a mini-fridge in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within Saratoga Spa State Park, where there are many trails to explore. The hotel provided us with a map and we enjoyed walking some of the beautiful trails. Our only issue was checking out - there was a large group that was attending a conference, and many people were checking in early. We had to wait in a long line just to hand in our room keys, which was a bit annoying. Other than that it was good."

"Our room was nice and clean. The only problem we had was it smelled like a can of Pledge exploded in our room. We opened the windows and thought it would dissipate by the time we got back from dinner, but sadly it did not. It was so bad that I almost went and slept in our car. We got up and left early because of the smell of our room."
