Randy from the front office assisted me in purchasing my train ticket to Bandung when my app was not working. His calm demeanor and friendly attitude were greatly appreciated, and I want to give kudos to the concierge team for their outstanding service. Additionally, the restaurant staff provided an amazing breakfast experience, remembering my usual order and preparing my latte without me having to ask. The level of personalized service was truly impressive. Overall, my stay at your hotel was wonderful. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness, along with the excellent facilities, made for a memorable experience.
