Vi hadde et langt opphold, og vil ikke anbefale dette hotellet!! Servicen var jevnt over dårlig, selv om noen få innimellom var serviceinnstilte og hyggelige. Betjeningen fremstod som umotiverte og lite samkjørte. Det var møkkete overalt. Matlokkene i restauranten var fettete og alt virket uhygienisk. Lite variasjon til frokost. Vi spiste en uforholdsmessig dyr buffet til middag, som var elendig. House keeping vasket ikke vasken, fjernet hår i dusjen. Baderomsgulvet var møkkete, og det var mugg flere steder. Vi klagde gjentatte ganger på ulike feil og mangler, uten at dette ble tatt tak i. Det var 3 svømmebasseng, men flere av solsengene stod på et område dekket av vann, så man fikk ikke satt fra seg ting. Solseng madrassene var møkkete.

Chambre mal isolée on entend tt le bruit et les soirées de l’hôtel son très bruyante.. ménage pas fais en une semaine draps et serviettes jamais changer, chambre pas très propre à l’arrivée d’ailleurs. Eau prend 20min à chauffer pour se baigner.

Un hôtel nécessitant d’être rénové. Les clients mettent leurs serviettes sur les transats de la piscine et s’en vont du coup pas accessible puisque tous les transats sont pris. Personnel limite aimable. Les chambres spartiates dommage car l’endroit est top.

Les accueil sympathique, respectueux et professionnel en particulier Azagen toujours à l'écoute et se pli en 4 pour rendre service. Les - la demi-pension, nourriture très basique, des fruits de mer surgelés en salade, au bout de trois jours on a fait le tour du buffet. Quasiment les mêmes desserts tous les jours. Le personnel est très gentil ils répondent oui à toutes vos demandes mais il faut parfois demander la même chose plusieurs fois. Oubli des mettre des serviettes ou du papier toilette....

Hyvä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla

Hyvä hotelli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. Aamiainen hyvä, illallinen ei mikään erikoinen. Hotellissa viihtyisä piha ja hyvä sijainti lähellä Trou Aux Biches -rantaa. Voisin yöpyä uudestaan!

Good location hotel

An ok hotel with a very good location - close to extremely nice beach, good supermarked and nice restaurants. Plenty of medium standard food at the buffet. Good pool areas and good service.

Le petit déjeuner les croissants ne sont pas délicieux mais le reste est bon. La chambre 240 mal située car une pompe (piscine) se déclenche toute la nuit on l'entend très bien dans la chambre avec les portes fermées.Il n'y a pas de pression pour la douche. La prochaine fois je demande une chambre au 1er étage ou au rez de chaussée avec vue sur la piscine proche de l'Accueil. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné et cela donne envie de revenir..

Elendig service og et hotel der tydeligt er slidt.

Elendig service, og du kan ikke regne med hvad hotellet angiver af priser. Vi bestilte i Aug. for at fejre juleaften på hotellet. Den 11. Dec. får vi en mail om, at de i september har besluttet at prisen er ændret for jule gallamiddagen, altså omkring 2 måneder efter at de har taget beslutningen, får vi beskeden. Det bliver dog løst gennem hotels.com, men ændre ikke ved at hotellet har en håbløs service. Da jeg desuden kontakter ledelsen ved afrejse da der var andre småting, som vi ikke var tilfredse med, er der ingen forståelse, kun håbløse kommentarer om at de ikke har mulighed for at gøre noget, og at de håber vi vil komme igen - det kommer ikke til at ske.

Beloofde Palmiste standaard kamer bleek een kamer zonder palmenuitzicht in een modern gebouw wat verderop grenzend aan een hoofdweg - weliswaar een comfortabele kamer maar helaas zonder de charme van het hoofdgebouw. Gaan ontbijten hield een wandelingetje langs de drukke weg in. Liever geen beloftes meer Palmiste!

Gutes Mittelklasse-Ressort

Das Hotel entspricht einem guten 3-Sterne-Standard. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten nur inkl Frühstück bestellt und waren daher nur zweimal im Hotelrestaurant zum Abendessen. Das war relativ teuer und hat wenig Auswahl geboten. Das Frühstück war nicht allzu abwechslungsreich aber das, was es gab war gut. Störend wirkte allerdings die Tatsache, dass zweimal am Tag die neben dem Hotel liegende Sickergrube geleert wird, was jeweils ca. 20 Minuten lang für eine unangenehme Geruchsbelästigung sorgt. In der Umgebung findet man alles, was man braucht, darunter auch einige gute Restaurants, bei denen man tagsüber auch kleinere Mahlzeiten oder Snacks bekommt. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht direkt am Strand, man braucht aber dorthin gerade fünf Minuten, so dass das kein echter Nachteil ist.

Nice Hotel, expensive food & drink.

Hotel is beautiful with lovely pools.The food and drink is fairly expensive with restaurants 2 minutes walk with prices at least half. The "town" is quiet and small and everything (bars and restaurants close at about 10PM (and the hotel bar at 11pm). The staff are all friendly and there is live music maybe 3 or 4 times a week. The bed was rock hard but this was resolved by the addition of a softer over-mattress.There are sports available in the hotel (table tennis, badminton, boule and pool. The one big disappointment was the snorkelling. There are almost no fish insdie the reef which is quite a way off shore and you need to visit on a glass bottom boat. The reef is not what I would expect for the Indian Ocean.

A fuir, car beaucoup mieux dans le secteur.

Nous avons passé 15 nuits dans cet hôtel vieillot et direction méprisante, lors du WE en dessus de notre chambre il y a eu 12 personnes, ils sont arrivés le samedi, ont squatté la piscine jusqu'à 4h du matin, avec alcool, cigarettes et guitare....il a fallu leurs demander de faire moins de bruit...lorsque nous l'avons signalé le lendemain le directeur nous a demandé de partir!! Auquel nous lui avons répondu de nous rembourser!!! Il nous a même dit que nous n'avions pas payé !!! Nous lui avons fourni la facture et le reçu de la carte bancaire débitée aussitôt !!! Il a proposé un massage que nous lui avons refusé et une bouteille de rhum que l'on attend encore, de toutes les façons nous ne l'aurions pas prise par principe!!! L'hôtel n'est pas en face de la plage, il faut traverser 2 routes puis se rendre par un petit chemin sur celle-ci, pas de parasol et chaise pour s'allonger.... Salle de sport matériel en panne.. Petit déjeuner sans gout pour le café heureusement que l'on a eu des dosettes, jus de fruits avec beaucoup d'eau... Une fuite de liquide (15j) devant la porte d'entrée avec une odeur.... Des disparités de prix à la journée très importantes entre les différents clients pour un service identique.... Cet hôtel est trop cher pour les prestations proposées et surtout il y a beaucoup mieux autour et les pieds dans la mer avec accessoires de plage. Très déçus par cette expérience que je ne recommande pas. Nous ne sommes pas les seuls avoir eu des mots avec la direction.

séjour caché par un vol dans la chambre

je regrette vraiment d'être allée dans cet hôtel: après un passage de la femme de ménage pour faire notre chambre, nous nous sommes aperçu qu'il manquait de l'argent dans le sac que nous avions laissé dans notre chambre. nous avons signalé ce fait à la réception, ils nous ont dit qu'il reviendraient vers nous mais jusqu'à mon départ, rien a été fait pour nous. ils nous ont dit que le fait a été signalé à la police. toutefois aucune dédommagement n'a été fait pour nous. je suis très déçue

Un hôtel de charme qui est très bon au niveau qualité-prix.

Très bon hôtel familial, près de la plage et du commerce Chez Popo, idéal prendre du répos, calme et tranquile, je recomamde sans autre pour de vacances en famille.
