"After my cousin raised an issue there was phlegm in one of the sinks theyd explained they would fix it. Only to then come back and for it to still be there. Wrank!"

"There is nobody to manage your booking, it's all automatic and door code only. This create difficulties to access and understand how to enter your room. Moreover the bill wasn't at the right amount, I sent message to have a good bill, but no answer since then. I don't really like this kind of full automatic hotel, human worker are usefull, don't delete them !"
