"First off, the location is perfect and the marina view is definitely the way to go. The room we had was very calming, and the bed was super comfortable. We loved waking up and having our coffee on the balcony watching the ships go out for the day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I don’t have a single negative thing to say. I 100% recommend the Shangri-La and the marina room—it’s worth the cost. We would go back in a heartbeat!!"

"Madison plaza is in the city hub so it is convenient to all forms of transport. The staff go above and beyond to help with any enquiries you have. The only down side is no microwave. However alot of restraunts within walking distance from Madison plaza."

"Exceeded our expectations by far. The club level room was so worth the extra cash…the view of the water and marina was spectacular. The room is a little dated as is the rest of the property but it is immaculately clean and the staff incredibly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was vast with something for everyone (the scrambled eggs weren’t good though). Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another stay. "
