Only one room has a sea view

The hotel was overall very nice and if I return to Tropea, I would consider staying there again. Its location just outside the old town is great. My main complaint is that I booked a "Suite, Sea View," and the room was neither a suite nor did it have a real sea view. We were on the first (American second) floor and had glimpses of the water between buildings. Only the room on the top floor has a sea view; the middle floor is partial at best. Our room was large and comfortable, but was not a suite in the sense of having a separate room or at least a room divider. The other minor complaint is a lack of table or wall lights; just overhead lighting. The breakfast was good. We managed to find parking a couple of blocks away, but during a busier season, I think you would have to pay for the valet parking.

My wife and I were passing through Tropea on the way to Sicily from Sorrento with our 4 young sons. We booked 2 rooms which were beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and immaculate modern bathrooms. The free breakfast was the best we had on our trip and the staff so friendly accommodating all our requests at breakfast with a big warm smile. The croissants and coffee were to die for. Would highly recommend staying here and Tropea was an amazing town so worth the visit.

What to write? I DID HAVE A CONFIRMED NIGHT ALL PAID FOR, BUT GOT A ROOM ON THE PROPERTY NEXT DOOR. AND GUESS WHAT, NOT A MODERN BUTIQ STYLE ROOM. RATHER A ROMANIAN CHIC DIAMOND STYLE, WICH ALMOST MADE ME THROW UP! SO PEOPLE, MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU BOOK AT THIS PLACE!

One of the greatest hospitality I’ve encountered. Host Francesco and Sandro went out of their way to make us feel special. Even had connection with fisherman’s. Incredible fish and Chef Franco knows how to take it from there. Spectacular meals. Rooms very charming, clean and comfortable. location is steps from the Main Street. View from terrace breathtaking. Villa Adua gets a 10 from this group.

The hotel and rooms are so beautiful, modern, and extremely clean. The staff is so very friendly and having the restaurant, bar and breakfast right there at the hotel is so convenient. Their location is also convenient- minutes from the center of town and a ten minute walk down to the beach. Would absolutely stay again.

Gorgeous, recently restored boutique hotel right in the heart of Tropea. Francesco and his team were amazing hosts who helped us make the most of our stay in Tropea. Driving to Tropea we became lost and called the property and Francesco graciously sprinted out on his Vespa to meet us on the road and guide us to the hotel - truly he personal touch! The breakfast buffet is incredible with fresh pastries, local salami and cheeses as well as made to order eggs and bacon. Parking is also super secure right in front of the hotel. Francesco also made all our dinner reservations and made sure we were greeted like VIPs at the restaurants. An incredible property with amazing owners and staff at an incredible price point. This is THE place to stay in Tropea!

Fantastic Place!!!!

This was a fantastic hotel. Just opened so everything was new and fresh. The look and feel of the room was very tasteful and it had all that was needed. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent as well. There is absolutely nothing that I could fault. The owner even offered to drop us off at the train station rather than making us catch a taxi, which I have never had happen to me before. Extremely hospitable. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in this part of the world. Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!
