"Very nice room and the hotel building concept where the entire building is covered with grass. Room is clean and fairly spacious. Staff is okay although the owner was super friendly and welcoming. Location is a gem if you drive because given the right conditions, you can see amazing scenery (including the northern lights) at this place. Did not manage to have the breakfast (had to leave early to get to the airport) nor dinner (they had a private conference booking)."

Quality Hotel Grand Tromso

"The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent. Hot drinks were only available in the reception area, which ordinarily wouldn't be a problem but for the factthat yhe tea bags and mik were not kept fully stocked. It would have been helpful to have had a safe in the room. But what really let the hotel down was the construction work in the ground floor bar and club,with pneumatic drilling and hammering taking place before 0800 hors on our last morning. Nd to add to this, the staff advised that the breakfast area was closing at 10.00, a whole hour earlier than the advertised time. As we had only been there for 15 minutes, this meant that our breakfast was rushed and incomplete. Very disappointing."

"The property is located very close to the water and is within walking distance from the main shopping area. The airport bus stops right next to the hotel entrance which is wonderful not having to drag heavy luggage through he streets to get to the hotel. There are many places to eat and drink around the hotel. Room wise it is not a big room but just enough space for a couple with two luggage. Room amenities is simple and basic but comes with a safe which is helpful. If you spend lots of time outside then the room is fine. The hotel breakfast is good and kept us going till dinner after a heavy breakfast. Remember when checking in to let the reception knows if you want the room clean everyday otherwise when you return after a day out to find your room the same as you left it in the morning."

"The cabin was charming and immaculate (although too hot). The fully equipped shared kitchen is very large, with multiple appliances for guests to cook simultaneously, and large fridge and freezer for guests to leave their food. Enjoy the sauna at the end of your day!"
