"Room was perfect, loved the property and surrounding areas. Good food, good people and fun at the general store. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Only problem I had was two different times people thought they were assigned to our room and their key card opened our door and they walked in on us. They went back to desk so staff was aware and I complained about that and got nothing in return not even free t shirts from their gift shop. Felt like they should have done more than say sorry about that. Oh and room coffee was excellent "

"Unfortunately, I hate to say it, but this was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve had. And I’ve traveled to a lot of developing countries so that’s saying a lot. The staff were perfectly pleasant, but the place is incredibly rundown and grotty. The wallpaper was peeling, carpet head holes throughout, the air-conditioning unit was broken and dangling off the wall. We felt like we needed to sleep with our clothes still on. Really gross. I should’ve known better. Anything with “quality” in the name is probably a red flag."
