Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room.

"For a four star hotel, the room we were given was tired and dull. Chipped tiles in the bathroom and scuff marks around the bedroom. It was however clean. We were told by reception that it was the only room that had not been refurbished! The rest of the hotel was fine and the views of the lake were ..."
