Het personeel is fantastisch!

Hotel is zeer mooi aangelegd. Kamers simpel maar ok. Wij waren daar de derde week van september en restaurant was enkel nog binnen mogelijk. zwembad en platforms zijn super maar vooral het personeel is echt fantastisch. Zij geven net dat tikkeltje extra aan je vakantie. Tevens een goed vertrekpunt om het Noordwesten van het eiland te verkennen.

Flott badehotell i utkanten av knøtt liten by

Hotel Relax Torreruja Thalasso & Spa opplevde vi som et flott og veldrevet badehotell. Isola Rossa er - i hvert fall i lavsesongen! - en stille småby. Hotellrommet var rent og flott med alt vi trengte, badebassenget enda bedre. Kvaliteten på all service opplevde vi som førsteklasses. Det var også kort vei til offentlig strand. Restauranten serverte god og rikelig frokost og middag, og Isola Rossa hadde også et lite utvalg av restauranter. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake til dette hotellet!

Schöne Hotelanlage, jedoch einige unfeine Regeln

Insgesamt haben uns die 2 Nächte gut gefallen. Alles ist gepflegt und die Anlage ist auch für längere Aufenthalte gut geeignet. Das Abendessen gibt es als Buffet im unteren Bereich oder als Wahlmenü auf der oberen Terrasse. Da kann man neben dem Service und guten Essen auch den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang genießen. Dies wird an 3 Abenden in der Woche bei gutem Wetter angeboten. Das. Frühstück ist gut. Täglich gab es gute Livemusik. Die Anlage verfügt sogar über einen Doc der kostenfrei schnell geholfen hat. Uns hat die Parksituation nicht gut gefallen, die Geldkarte die zur Zahlung der Barbesuche etc. mit Geld gefüllt sein musste und der checkout bis 10:00 Uhr.

Questo hotel trovato per caso è stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Luogo molto gradevole, servizi ottimi (piscina, accesso al mare, possibilità di usufruire della spiaggia di sabbia dell'hotel vicino, ecc..), personale molto disponibile e gentile (dalla reception, ai camerieri, a chi trasporta i bagagli), cucina ottima e molto abbondante. cucina ottima e molto abbondante. Tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione, compreso il viaggio, con aerei puntuali e, scoperta, posti preassegnati in aereo sia in andata sia in ritorno.

Hôtel relaxant, panorama magnifique !

Cet Hôtel est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Toute l'équipe est courtoise, souriante et aux petits soins. Nous avons séjourné quinze jours dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel est situé entre deux baies et entre mer et montagne. On accède à une plage en marchant une quinzaine de minutes et une autre à dix minutes par le village d'Isola Rossa. Le panorama est magnifique avec des couchers de soleil sur la mer somptueux. Hôtel très bien entretenu avec un jardin luxuriant. Une piscine d'eau de mer avec collations servies le matin et l'après-midi. Des plateformes avec matelas face à la mer (superbe sieste ou lecture avec le bruit des vagues tombant sur les rochers. Un régal !). Très bons repas de l'antipasti, aux plats et desserts, il y a du choix. Equipe réactive et serviable. Déçus par la literie (nous sentions les ressorts !!!), nous avons demandé à changer notre matelas et dans la demie-heure cela était fait. Sinon, la chambre est confortable. Les soirées sont animées (piano bar, soirée à thème, chanteurs ou danseurs). Le spa propose des massages divers et variés, bains et salle de fitness. Pour les sorties, l'hôtel propose des excursions (guide italien parlant français) ou location de voiture (recommandé pour découvrir les alentours).

Un brin décevant...

Idéalement placé cet hôtel fut une petite déception à la vue du montant dépensé... Chambre vieillote, matelas et oreiller indigne d'un 4 étoiles, odeurs désagréable venant du placard (venant du fond en liège), personnel de réception incompétent (quand on propose un service location voiture, que votre voiture est réservée deux jours à l'avance,et que la veille au soir on vous annonce que finalement non vous n'aurez pas de voiture, on ne laisse pas le client sans rien, on lui trouve une solution, on ne lui dit pas qu'il peut appeler lui-même un autre prestataire que leur partenaire... Quant à l'excursion bateau... on réserve une excursion à la réception,on nous fait payer et après le règlement on nous annonce qu'il n'y a plus de place et on nous propose un truc à la place... je me renseigne pour savoir si on est beaucoup sur le bateau : chiffre annoncé 11... on se retrouve plus de 80 sur un énorme bateau... loin de la première excursion choisie... Le spa est sympa mais la qualité des massages n'est pas extraordinaire... Au final, on paye un cadre idéal... mais pour un hôtel loin de nos attentes...

Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage

Das Hotel liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel. Am obersten Punkt befinden sich die Rezeption, Pools, Bars und das Restaurant. Dahinter, auf der abschüssigen Seite des Hügels, befinden sich die einzelnen Häuser. Es gibt auch Villen, etwas abgelegener mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Die restlichen Häuser sind zweistöckig und verfügen auf jeder Etage über 4 Hotelzimmer. Auf Satellitenbildern erkennt man die Strukturen ziemlich gut. Zwar sind sie oft in Reihen und generell eng zusammen gebaut, durch die großen Palmen auf dem Gelände hat man jedoch selbst auf dem Balkon nicht das Gefühl, in einem großen Hotel zu sein. Sehr angenehm, zumindest von unserem Zimmer aus. Das Zimmer war sauber, aufgeräumt und ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist ausreichend, inkl. Minibar. WIFI bekommt man jedoch ausschließlich in der Lounge bei der Rezeption. Dafür kostenlos. Aber Roaming im EU Ausland wird ja langsam bezahlbar. :) Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon mit einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen vor unserer Tür. Sehr gefallen hat uns die Nähe des Hotels zur Stadt, deren Hafen abends zum spazieren einlädt. Es gibt viele kleine Restaurants, in denen man lange verweilen kann, und einige Souvenirläden, die handgemachten Schmuck anbieten. Wer will, kann auch die sehenswerte Natur der Gegend erkunden. Das Hotel bietet viele Ausflügen an, ganztägige und halbtägige, z.B. mit einem Boot zum La Maddalena Archipel, sowie Bustouren. Absolut zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist mehrsprachig, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Saubere, wenn auch einfache, Zimmer. Service sehr gut. Schöner Pool, schöne Terrassen (zum Liegen oberhalb des Hotelstrandes). Leider sehr felsig, daher Schwimmen direkt beim Hotel nicht möglich. Etwas entfernter gibt es aber einen Sandstrand (kostenpflichtig). Umfangreiches Buffet. Leider waren die warmen Gerichte immer lauwarm bis kalt (egal zu welcher Essenszeit). Geschmack der Gerichte von gut bis mittelmäßig.

Schön gelegenes Hotel direkt an der Nordküste

Das erste Zimmer das uns zugewiesen wurde war sehr eng und schmutzig, am 2.Tag konnten wir dann wechseln in den Spa-Bereich des Hotels und dort war alles sauber und das Zimmer auch nicht so eng und die AC hat auch besser funktioniert als im ersten Zimmer. Das Essen war gut, die Buffets mit viel Auswahl aber das Fleisch war nur einmal ( am 1.Samstag Abend ) gutes Rindfleisch beim Buffet, sonst gab es nur Schweinefleisch oder Pouletfleisch dafür viele verschiedene Fischsorten. Am Pool gab es nicht genug Sonnenschirme und das auf der Webseite versprochene Solarium in den Felsen am Strand waren einfach Holzböden ( -pritschen ) auf den Felsen der Klippe obwohl auf der Webside ein richtiges Solarium abgebildet ist !

Schönes und ruhiges Hotel

Schöne Hotelanlage mit viel Privatsphäre (viele Bungalow-Zimmer) im kleinen Dörfchen. Die Umgebung ist gepflegt und die Lage auf dem kleinen Hügel zwischen Dörfchen und schönen, steinigen Buchten ist wunderschön.Die Halbpension in Buffet-Form lässt kaum Wünsche übrig. Der Hotelpool mit Meerwasser hat eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, klimatisiert und sauber, jedoch nicht auf dem modernsten Stand. Schön wäre, wenn der Zugang zum Wellness-Bereich im Preis inbegriffen wäre.

Sizzling Sardunia!!!

If you're looking for a relaxing holiday in great surroundings then this is the place. The food is yummy - amazing choices, all staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area spotless and having the choice to venture down to the private platforms where you can then explore the rocks and swim in the sea, is an added bonus. The hotel provides appropriate footwear and snorkels for free. Tip for boat excursion - go down to harbour and go on the Galatea trip - brilliant!!!

Teleurstellend hotel!!!!

je moet eerst alles betalen voor ze aan de check-in beginnen, dit lijkt wel een school! Bij de check-in moet je ook uw kaart opladen met geld anders kan je niets krijgen, nee niets voor ons! er zijn maar een klein aantal kamers die zeezicht hebben, in tegenstelling wat op de site staat! Het eten is niet te vreten, niets is vers, voor zo'n hotel, het geeft ons een camping-gevoel. Prijs/kwaliteit veel te duur! Geen aanrader, veel te groot. Bij mooi weer kan niet iedereen op terras eten! Hebben geen tennisplein, volgens hun site wel. Wel in een ander hotel van de group Dolfino, maar wel te betalen € 10,00. Voor alles moet extra betaald worden! Wifi enkel beschikbaar aan de receptie en per gebruiker één uur! Een ganse week met dezelfde handdoek, indien kwijt € 15,00 te betalen.

Rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel selon nous. Le personnel de cet hôtel est adorable, la nourriture servie y est excellente, le lieux est réellement splendide. Certes les murs entre les chambres ne sont pas trop épais et l'on peut parfois entendre ses voisins, mais autrement nous avons été vraiment très heureux de séjourner dans ce lieu magique. Nous nous réjouissons d'y retourner à nouveau.

En chambre twin, les lits sont trop petits, 70 de large à mon avis. Pour un 4 étoiles ça fou mal.Repas pas très variés. Par contre le centre de bien être est au top !! les soins sont supers, le personnel aussi :)

Nice hotel but not quite luxury resort

We stayed in the Hotel Relax Torreruja for the last four nights of our eight day holiday to northern Sardinia. Maybe we had been a little spoilt with our other hotels, or maybe it was because the weather changed and became very windy during our stay here, but we were a little disappointed when we arrived. On the positive side, the hotel has a beautiful, large swimming pool; lovely sun bathing platforms on the cliffs with beautiful views; is within easy walking distance of two beaches (one in the little town and the other a 10 min walk across a field, which makes for a very pleasant evening stroll – look for a gap in the hedge and keep to the higher path); and it offers a great breakfast and evening meal buffet (I sill daren't get on the weighing scales!) However, we were a bit disappointed with our room: we had booked one of the cheaper standard rooms and, whilst it was clean and adequate, it was rather dark and basic and looked out onto a little garden/patio area which could have done with a little sprucing up. We also felt the resort had more of a 'holiday camp' feel about it, rather than luxury spa retreat, but we still enjoyed our stay there. Isola Rossa itself is a very nice little port but it is a bit isolated. So, it's a great location if you are wanting to relax and get away from it all. However, if you are wanting to do a lot of sightseeing without driving long distances, then I think there are probably better places to be based. All in all, I think we wou

Nice for a relaxing break. Excellent staff

Spent 5 days here. Hotel facilities are good but there is a charge to use spa facilities as well as treatments which is a shame. We stayed in a suite which was excellent. Very spacious and well equipped. Staff were excellent and very friendly throughout our stay. Food was plentiful and there was a wide variety. Unfortunately it was always buffet service for evening meal, not table service. Personally, on holiday, I prefer not to have to keep getting up and down all the time. Internet access was only available in reception. You couldn't get it in the room. Only small gripes. Value for money overall.

alcune info essenziali

Le camere superior sono piuttosto piccole ed è meglio acquistare almeno le deluxe. inoltre seppur buono viene offerto il buffet invece del sevizio al tavolo. infine sarebbe gradito (tenuto conto del costo del resort) che il servizio spiaggia venga fornito gratuitamente
