The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."

Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...

A little further away from Portman Road than I thought, but there were good transport options and the staff explained the best way and things worked out really well. A very friendly group of people working here from manager, to reception and bar. Thank you."

"Booked as a stopover heading to Ipswich for the Ed Sheeran concerts. So pleased I booked this hotel. The staff were friendly. The room was excellent. The breakfast was extremely good & they also offered bags to take it away. Would definitely go back here again "

"This hotel has all the character and history of a large old traditional hotel, but with a programme of constant upgrades. So the ensuite bathroom was magnificent. The bar, lounge, library and dining room had great luxurious character and we loved the outside palm tree area for drinking and relaxing "
