In the old quarter of Hanoi, small room, but very quiet and clean, close to every interesting places. The staff is very friendly and helpful in arranging tours, checking in and out. I will stay here again next time.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel which made the stay feel incredibly special! Would come back in a heartbeat - especially as the hotel is in the perfect location to experience Hanoi

Amazing hotel ! 5 star in every way. We came as family of 5 and loved the room, pool (amazing view), gym, location and staff. Would definitely come back.
