"No air conditioning in the room made the stay uncomfortable. There were also no tea or coffee-making facilities provided, which was disappointing for a 3 star hotel. Additionally, we had to pay extra for parking in the hotel car park, even if we were staying at the property."

"Stayed here in December and everything was great. We tried to book a parking space and told it was first come get the spaces.we were told the parking was full. We were offered another secure parking space locally. We could not get our larger car into the space, it was also not secure. We finally got into the garage at 5 pm to find it empty. When leaving the very scruffy man on reception continued to talk to a friend. After waiting several minutes I put down the card and left. Great hotel location. Staff need help "

"One of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. This hotel is an embarrassment and should not have been opened when we stayed. The room was extremely dated with cracked and patched walls that had not been painted, worn, and bare carpet with holes (literally), no bed skirt so just an exposed base. The restaurant was closed for the season, the bar was closed two nights a week, including one of nights we stayed. There was no mention of any of this or the construction going on when booked. Just an experience to forget in a hotel I wish I hadn't chosen. As for the construction, there was loud banging and noise every morning starting around 7-8 and into the evenings until 6. One day the entire hotel filled with and was left with coat of dust on virtually every surface everywhere. What's worse, this was not cleaned in the breakfast area for the next morning. The tables and chairs were filthy, everything was still covered in a thick white coat of dust. Quite simply, this hotel should not be open and operating in this kind of state, especially with the construction. Obviously, based on the condition of the room, the hotel is in bad need of upgrade, and apparently the construction is to do that as the entire first floor was closed for renovations. All in all, a terrible stay at an embarrassment of a hotel that leaves me unlikely to ever book at a Eurostars property again. The complete lack of regard for guests in this hotel is enough to put me off the brand entirely."

"Everything was great about this hotel except for one thing - very hot and stuffy in the rooms. I tried turning on the air conditioner (it worked as a fan only) and opening the window (not possible with the security lock blocking it). 10 degrees outside and i was suffering from tropics in my room. The buffet was great and overall very clean and friendly."

"With a language barrier it can be difficult but it works. A number do speak English quite well and if there is a comprehension problem they work together as a team to figure it out."

"The hotel is very well located. Parking in the property is safe and convenient. The staff was grat. Specially the front desk lady who received us was exeptional. Spacius rooms and very quiet propoerty. Breakfast buffet avilable and fully recomended. "
