"I was pretty happy with my stay. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, I even thought the breakfast was pretty good. The only thing that was missing was place to buy snacks or a directory of local restaurants that deliver."

"Staff was wonderful, we had added a second day on week before, checked in was told 280 plus tax original payment was 338.50 plus another 50 had to ask about couple times then we got the 38.50 back our room was on the 3rd floor both of us handicapped had to get off at 2nd floor walk up flight steps room at the end of the hall. Room was really nice except for the room had a kid size toilet like really, breakfast buffet not good only 2 people working ran out of food or was cold and coffee tasted burnt!"

"This is obviously a loved hotel with plenty of history and staff who care about it and the guests. It's been years since I've come across a hotel that was this clean. The bar offered good food and drinks and Trivia Night was entertaining! Special note: The water straight from the tap is better than any bottled water out there. Absolutely would stay here again"
