"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. "Check in was a bit tricky because our phones weren’t working properly. The room was fantastic and Anna was super helpful. The only problem was that we kept getting lost in the castle! It was a great stay, and we saw the resident falcons."
