"Our stay at Silverland Sakyo surpassed my expectations, from airport pick up, to checking in, welcome drinks and afternoon tea. All the staff were very attentive to our needs including just a simple opening the door to getting the elevator for you, from waiting for your grab to arrived. They won’t let you stay outside while waiting they will wait for you. The room is spacious, the bidet is the biggest factor on us booking the hotel. Free minibar and afternoon tea. Vietnamese hospitality is out of this world. It made us feel like royalty. I will recommend."

"I thought the Sky bar was good entertainment good, However what upset me was I asked for my bill to be charged to the room 1 night,And was told I was unable too. But it was ok to do that a couple of nights before. I paid every bill cash in hotel. When I didn’t want to go to my room to my safe to get cash I just said charge it to my room please, And was then told because I hadn’t left a deposit (I Was unsure what they meant)I was unable to charge to my room. In front of people and felt embarrassed. So I would never return to this hotel because of this reason."

"I had one incident where I didn’t like the service of the front desk female staff, but I’m not going to let that one incident affect the rest of the staff there. I was not happy when I stepped out of my uber because I was expecting a lot more upscale place from the pictures, so I was a little disappointed…BUT that was mainly because of the on-going renovation they had. Once I got up to my room, I was pleasantly happy with my decision to stay at The Bay. Room was spacious and had a modern decor. Air Conditioning was freezing which was a blessing with the hot Saigon heat. The staff all of them, from the front desk, to the Chic restaurant staff, to the cleaning crew were ALL very helpful and always smiled and greeted you. Several of them really went out of their way to help me with some things. The cleaning lady greeted me every day and always wanted to make sure if I wanted my room cleaned that day (I typically don’t like Saily cleaning) but she always made sure I had everythjng I needed. The location was very convenient, I walked around quite a bit and taking an uber to the tourist places like Cho Ben Thanh is usually 40k each way so Thats very cheap. I will definitely stay here again the next time in back in Saigon. Room #613 Ohhhh….i accidentally booked one too many days on my stay, and when I booked it I knew it was no -refundable…but their reservation team was more than willing to work with hotels.com to allow me to cancel and get a full refund on Thats extra day! Nice!!!"
