"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. "HORRENDOUS! The room we booked was not honoured. We paid for a Deluxe Quad room with one double bed and 2 single beds for family of 4, inclu was SUPPOSED TO BE TV, wifi, balcony, separate seating area. What we received was a room with 2 double beds, no tv, no wifi, no balcony, no separate seating area, dangerous steps immediately outside of bathroom, no handrail up steep flight of stairs to room, toilet and shower visible to outside through plain window into a public seating area as curtains did...
