A pleasant evening
"We would stay here again and liked the aspect, the food and the individual service A longer stay would allow for better use of the facilities. Only staying overnight meant we couldn’t avail ourselves of the pool, spa etc"

Bugs in the room
"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved ..."
