He either hates Americans or women or people .. we just thought it was a bad day we all have them but next day still nasty mean and unhelpful !!.. "The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. We appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor with balcony. The service was excellent, the property grounds are large and peaceful. "Loved the entire property. Nice rooms, pool, parking, and breakfast. There were 2 large groups staying there so they needed to figure out the dining a bit better. A group of 100 and another 35 were there so they set up for dinner for them and forgot about the other 10-12 guests but eventually ( once said we needed a place too) set up some tables outside for us."

To the grounds that were immaculately maintained. Entering the room itself was also an experience, very modern, very simple, very elegant. We asked about the lovely scent of the room, “simply the cleaning products we use, all natural.” And the breakfast, 360 degrees of wonderful fruit, pastries, and savoury goodness. Traveling late in the season we unfortunately were informed the restaurant had closed for the season, I am certain it would have been worth a visit. "
