Hotel is decorated beautifully, all still very new. Located just on the edge of town but walkable into the centre in 10 minutes.
The spa area is very nice, especially after a days hiking but would be helpful to know upfront that there is a €25 charge per person for 2 hours to use this.

Hotel is lovely and charming. Rooms and common areas are beautiful. Staff is thoughtful and accommodating. Just a wonderful stay. Wifi is very slow so if you need to work (like I did) it could be a real challenge. I stayed in 2 different rooms. # 304 was just perfect. Great view, layout, bath and balcony. I would stay here again!!

Lovely location right by the lake, supermarket next door, car hire probably essential, stunning scenery and had some lovely walks. Hotel had swimming pool but you have to wear a hat so did not bother. Food good but not classy, two nights buffet only and three nights buffet plus three course, you will not go hungry. Buffet breakfast excellent coffee machine includes hot chocolate, lattes etc. Staff excellent but due to proximity with Austria more german speaking here than Italian. rooms large,...

Cannot fault the hotel at all. Service was incredible, staff will go above and beyond, clean rooms and the spa is brilliant! The views from the hotel are incredible as well. Breakfast was amazing too with lots of options - I have never seen protein powder at a breakfast buffet!
Just an FYI, you need a universal adaptor if you want to charge anything by your bed. The normal European two pin (round) plug points are by the desk and in the bathroom.

Brilliant hotel in a great location. Breakfast was great and there is a bar and bistro on site. The bus stop for buses to Cortina or Misurina is right outside.

Stayed for 1 week. Fantastic experience. Highlights were friendly staff, good breakfast and pretty much a private spa every night (we visited in July) - I imagine it would get busy quickly as it's very small but kept very clean. Very good sauna.
Basic rooms but all you need in an area with so much outdoor activities to do.
