"Our stay at Jovilee Hotel was exactly what we needed. The hotel is nice, safe and clean and has self parking on site. There is no restaurant in this hotel but there is an excellent chinese restaurant across the street and they deliver to your hotel room. The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. We recommend the Jovilee Hotel and will stay there again when we return to Belice."

"The property is so well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect if you’re in the city. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There is nothing to do around the hotel. We walked a couple miles in each direction and it's just construction and homes. Nothing to do. So it seems it is just a nice hotel if you plan to go to the islands the next day. "

"Lovely hotel very close to the water taxi and within the area for tours to pick you up at the hotel. The staff is extremely nice and hospitable and the room was clean with shower amenities and a solid ac unit. There are two patios to sit on that overlook the river and there is coffee in the lobby in the morning. There are plenty of places to eat right near the hotel as well as a small grocery store across the street for water, etc…. I am a solo woman traveler and I felt very safe in this area and at the hotel. Great affordable option in Belize City, I highly recommend:)"
