Room had roaches. The front desk was perfectly fine with them and then complained about why were are checking out after checking in a few hours before hand. They had attitudes at the front desk and then told my roaches are everywhere in south western Virginia. I found another hotel about 35 minutes away and it was clean and amazing.

Nicely updated motel in some ways. Clean new linens and adequate bed. I was disappointed there were no cups in the room (maybe a house keeping error) and no hairdryer or coffee pot. While 24 hour desk is advertised, be aware that does not mean someone will always be at the desk. There is a number to call if the office is closed. The man on duty happened to see me from outside when I arrived and checked me in at 8pm. He did not give me a WIFI code and when I tried to check the next morning there was no one at the desk. The motel is a good budget choice near the highway for a quick overnight stay. A grocery store and fast food are nearby.

Mold growing threw the paint. Theres bunch bad leak bubbles all over wall w knife marks where they punctured it then painted over after fixing leak not fixing the boards behind or replacing drywall. The mattress was so thin and cheap a cots more comfortable. 15 min into bed i got bit up by bed bugs and had shower and leave. When I asked manager upon leaving if all rooms were this bad she said there freshly remodeled and when told her about mold maintenance man couldnt handle criticism that he sucks nothing done right or up terms for remodel. I dont know how theyre even open. Meaning they put lipstick on pig. They painted over issues put linoleum on floors and used pieces go over sink. Do not stay here

Bottom peeled up rust mold behind blue paint yellow paint has waves from water bubbles
Mold knife marks in bubbles then painted over
Shower sprays at chest height bc they don't fix all leaking behind wall bubbling everywhere. They're remodel is not remodeling
