A good hotel with good facilities for people who do not ski during the ski season. Food was excellent and not too much when half boarding for 7 nights.

This hotel is extremely special. We stayed in the private spa suite and had our own sauna. The room was stunning, with an amazing view. It was actually better than I expected. Breakfast and dinner was included with the price and both were tasty. Pick a meat option as the vegetable option could have been better. It was my partners birthday and the hotel made it special. The spa facilities are pretty amazing too with everything overlooking the mountains. If I had one suggestion it would be...

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Very polite staff. Super cool spa with saunas and pool. Breakfast was extremely delicious. The yard was very nicely decorated. Hotel for all generations.

Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. We swam in the lake on both days and walked round the lake which was very beautiful.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left,Roland was the perfect host. The service from every member of staff was excellent-efficient but also friendly. The food was first class but there are also numerous cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk. The location on the lake was perfect. We could not fault the hotel in any way.

Excellent hotel with a warm atmosphere. You can really feel that this is a hotel run by a family who are passionate in what they do. The room was very clean, it’s in a great location and the staff went above and beyond to help us. In fact, we have found all Austrians to be incredibly hospitable. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Salzburg.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth...

Excellent stay, first time in a Harry's hotel, will certainly use again

By far the best Best Western hotel I have ever stayed in; as a member, I have stayed at lots, both in the UK and around Europe. This is a very modern hotel, spotless room, bedding and towels. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and good quality. All the staff seemed very pleasant and helpful. Parking was available and cheap. Negatives - lacking in places to put your own toiletries in the shower. Machine Coffee at breakfast, filter is much nicer in my opinion.

A really good hotel with very helpful staff, easy parking and great breakfast

Nice Clean Hotel, about 10/12 minute walk to Schladming centre. Supermarket around corner. Had to park motorcycles across road from hotel as we were requested not to park at front of property (area reserved for restaurant guests). Quite area on edge of town
