"The apartment was beautiful and clean although the floor and walls could use a good scrubbing. Everything is very modern and well situated. Check in was a little difficult with the technology, but we got help via cell phone. Next day was a holiday so no one on-site. We missed our train and arrived after Jerome was off. The bathroom door was stuck open (apt 1.2) so for 4 women it was a little problem. It was fixed on Friday. "

"Smart flats is unmanned and has a online pre check in, which gives you codes for the doors. Location wise a couple of minutes walk from the tram. Parking is on street which was full. On arrival the front door was unlocked, the inner door and room door have a wireless cylinder type lock which some other guests have had issues with. (I tried the keyboxes first). "Very close to the central station and tram line as well as buses…staff were wonderful they even lent me an umbrella when it was raining. Unfortunately there was an issue with pressure in the pipes and it sounded like someone was constantly flushing the toilet above my room… they have me free breaths compensation… great selection of food for the breakfast…. Very nice town to do a 2 day visit."
