"I had accidentally made a reservation for the wrong day, but the desk clerk was able to accommodate me by replacing my double room reservation with two single room reservations for the corrrect day and didn't charge me any additional fees for what was truly my mistake."

"The staff were amazing. In particular a lady at the front desk (who's name I didn't get, sorry!). Really helped us navigate public transport and the city rather than paying the extraordinary taxi fares.
