The rooms were clean and the property well kept. However, something went wrong with the hot water heater in the hotel and we were without hot water for 2 days. The hotel ended up transferring us to their sister hotel (Exe Budapest Center), but I felt like a plumber should have been on hand to fix the hot water heater within a few hours.

Excellent breakfast .... Reception staff VERY friendly and helpful (Thanks MPHO} Great coffee/water sitting area. Only possible improvement would be to provide bench or sitting area outside for those waiting for rides. Hotel in nice area, close for travel options and tourist sights.

The property is beautiful and its location is perfect! Walking distance from monuments like Heroes Circle and the oldest Turkish bath in town. We were there for Formula 1 and the drive to Hungaroring was 20 minutes (without traffic)!
The front desk staff were also very helpful and booked all of our dinner reservations and taxi rides. I would stay here again and again!

"Rooms are severely outdated. Stayed there for 4 nights without internet in the room. They offered to move us on the 3rd day. Had to be careful in the shower because the water temperature would switch from hot to cold in an instant. There were a lot of ants in the room. The breakfast wast the best ..."
