"What a beautiful stay! Considering we were in Europe, the room was extremely spacious! I had requested a crib, they had also provided a towel, bath tub and blow up changing table for my daughter. The concierge desk was extremely accommodating! Walking distance to several Christmas markets! We slept in and missed the breakfast the first day, however they really had a great spread. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"The location of the hotel inside the old town is ideal. We took the train and then walked to the property. Very smart choice this time of the year (Christmas). We did have to wait a lot an hour for our room to be ready, but the staff was very nice and they invited us to a lounge with soft drinks and food while we waited. Room was spacious. Clean and modern. Shower was a bit tiny and we couldn’t figure out the thermostat (a bit too hot) but the bed was very comfortable. "

"Friendly anad wonderful staff and great location. PSA: Just be aware, the train stop, Langstross Grand Rue, which is the closest stop is often closed. So be prepared to get off at the Homme de Fur stop and walk a few. Cheers!"

"The hotel is in a spectacular location. You can’t ask for easier access to the Christmas Market. The parking garage next to the hotel is a huge benefit. The area is extremely walkable with great vibes. The hotel is very comfortable but could use a refresh. All staff members are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
