"Check in would have been a breeze had the check in person taken more time to explain where Room 16 is located. My family and I had spend more time looking for the room location outside in the cold.
I decided to checked the email from Cinnamon Bear and I remembered there was a map of the property. I can’t believed the check in person didn’t even asked how was our room…
The sofa bed was also broken ( can’t open the bed). My son slept on the sofa instead.
Breakfast was a plus but food were cold when served. How about coffee maker in room?
Place was spacious for 3. "

"It was probably my fault for not paying better attention but there was no iron, no desk in the room, or even a small table. I was there for a work trip and it was very difficult without a desk or table to work from. What hotel doesn’t have a table or desk?
The stay was quiet and the room was clean. It is located in the center of town which is nice.
But probably won’t ever stay again due to the outdated /dark room and missing necessary amenities.
On top that they charge a resort fee. :("

"The rooms have just enough to keep you alive. Hand towels had zero absorbancy. Took 10 min to get hot water in sink. Heat was off when we arrived: the room was freezing, and it took over 6 hours to finally warm up to tolerable. No facial tissue, only toilet paper. The floor was FILTHY. This was disappointing, as the location was PERFECT. Too bad."

"Pros: easy continental breakfast, close to the red line bus, easy to get to nearby restaurants, super staff, clean linens and comfortable bed, quiet rooms. Cons: Property is under renovation and they are renting out half-finished rooms that are still seriously run down - no hairdryer, blackout shades with holes, beat up furniture. While the property website indicates the pool is under renovation, so is the jacuzzi."
