"Stayed here 6 nights during spring break 2026. We’re a family of 3. Room was Clean. Kind housekeeping staff. Room decor is simple&streamlined. Walls are thin (kids&noise) Bed is comfortable. Good location: 5-10 minute walk from hotel to main street: great restaurants, shops, activities, etc. Get to the complimentary breakfast buffet around 7-730am. There’s no guarantee you’ll get certain items. Breakfast overall is just amazing. It is the sole reason I choose Embassy Suites! "

"The staff was very friendly. The pool is great for young kids, but the hot tub was over crowded with young kids as well so I didn’t get to enjoy it. The balcony door didn’t function easily and the bathrooms are small, but functional. It’s a little further off the main strip, but the free tram does stop right out front!"

"Room was clean but the bathroom door was deteriorating & ALL the hooks in the bathroom had been ripped off the wall & not replaced so there was nowhere to put our towels. There must’ve been a leak in the pool room because the wall was covered in what looked like black mold. As soon as it got dark we noticed that the lights on the backside of the hotel were flashing on and off LITEREALLY every 3 seconds. The curtains do not seal at the top; it was like dealing with a neon sign in Las Vegas. We told the front desk and were told that they knew, & they were going to have it fixed immediately. The next afternoon we talked to the front desk again about it to make sure it had been fixed & were told that they had no idea there was an issue & previous staff didn't report it. We were told they would fix it. Nighttime came, same issue. We went down & asked to speak to the manager THREE different times throughout the day. Each time we were told he was dealing with other guests. The 3rd time we asked to speak to the manager & were told he was no longer in. They also told us that nothing would be done that night. We even brought up the fact that this could cause people to have seizures if they have epilepsy & were told "Oh well". Only stay here if you want to stay in a hotel that is attached to a disheveled abandoned building with human poop on the sidewalk. I have lots of video proof. I am going to throw this all-over social media with the videos to show how terrible the issue was."

"We enjoyed the hot breakfast provided daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful; special shoutouts to Samantha (Manager) and Beth. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet on the 5th floor. The balcony view facing the woods was beautiful and the fireplace was very nice and great for helping to heat the room. However, what was otherwise an enjoyable experience was dampened by stepping in dog poop on the patch of grass by the sidewalk next to our car as we were loading our suitcases. It is a pet-friendly place, but a dog parent neglected to clean-up after their dog. Other than that, it met our needs for our vacation. "

"We enjoyed our stay as it’s a great location (walkable to shops, restaurants), immaculate property but it’s the staff that deserves the accolades. Every single employee was a pleasure to speak with from the front desk, breakfast, the bar and outdoor staff. We highly recommend!!"

"Everything is so good! Location, staff, view from room, room service - we liked it all. They must address one thing. There has to be adequate supply of drinking water free of cost. This is basic necessity."
