建物が古いせいもあり、館内が大変寒かったです。物理的な問題なので仕方ないかなとは思いました。スタッフの方の対応、サービスはとてもよかったです。ロビー、お部屋からの眺望は最高でした。特にサンセットは感動しました。時間が掲示されていたのも親切でした。

車までマイクロバスで送って頂いたが、待ち時間がとても長かった。フロントの案内と外で案内する係の方との連携をしっかりして、お客さんのストレスにならないように配慮した方がより良いと思います。

モーニングの会場の下のじゅうたんが汚すぎる。下とテーブルクロスをかえるだけで、全然変わると思います。

色々古い、そして階段の多いホテルでした。 夜食のサービスで夜食が入っていなかったり、Wi-Fiには接続出来なかったり、チェックインして部屋に入ると落ち葉が落ちてたり。。。

昭和の温泉旅館感が好きな方へ

6月に朝食のみ付いた１泊の滞在でしたが良くも悪くも？昭和の大型温泉旅館といった感じです。 温泉などの施設も大型で少しバブリー？な装飾もあってトップシーズンの活気がある時期は賑やかで良いかもしれませんが、オフシーズンは大型ゆえの寂しさがあるかも？ スタッフの方はとても親切で朝食も美味しく駐車場もあるので利用面ではストレスは全くありませんでした。 色々と古さは感じますが浴衣でプラプラ昭和を感じるといったところでしょうか？

ラグーナに近く、遅くまで遊んでも大丈夫。建物自体は古さを感じますが、掃除が行き届いているので不快感はありませんでした。みなさん、明るく応対してくださいました。

従業員の訓練は行き届いており、その点での不満はない。また食事もまずまずで文句はない。ただ、何しろ建屋が古く、また建て増し建て増しで、つぎはぎだらけ・・・。階段が多く、高齢者にとっては結構大変だ。

おすすめです。

家族4人(3歳、1歳)で行かせてもらいました。 スタッフの対応よし、到着後の抹茶ティーや湯上りのゼリーサービスなど、行き届いたサービスでした。中でも子供にも熱くない浴場の湯加減がいい！温泉で子供とゆっくり入れなかった方々にお勧めです。4時くらいに到着しましたが、久々にホテルでゆっくりできました。 夕食懐石の焼き物(魚)は絶品。あの魚の下にあった大根、どうやったらああなるのかな。 朝食もいろんな種類があり昼食がいらないくらい食べてしまいまいました。 蒲郡行くならここですね。
