"I always stay at the Hampton Inn when I go to Eugene. It's self parking and close to lots of food and shops. The room was clean and they checked us in early. "

"The stay was great. The room was clean, the staff was kind, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning/heater worked excellent. They are pet friendly but you will need to tote your own dog bags as they dont supply dog bags to pick up after your pet. The breakfast was top notch. I have included photos for reference. We definitely recommend this location, and will stay again if we are in the area in the future. "

"Parking was easy. Was switched to another room on arrival. That tv did not work so they switched me again. No in room coffee but they made some in the office & went to 7-11 & got me pastries & apple juice. Kind of a funky older hotel but staff was wonderful. Just needed a place to sleep to catch a plane the next day. "

"We like to stay here when we have an early flight because it is close to the airport. This time there seemed to be way too much road noise…maybe the room location?? Also, the shower curtain broke and fell to the floor during my morning shower. It was too early in the morning to reach out to the staff so we just dealt with it. Not sure if we will be back…we will have to think about it"

"Some stranger knocked on my door and peaked in the window in the middle of the night poor coustomerservice and wheni booked online i wasnt told that there was also a reservation fee plus a pet fee and it was smaller than a studio apartment i will never ever stay at autzen inn again"
