"This hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Bar Harbor and less than a half hr drive from most of our Acadia park destinations. It seems to be an older hotel, not in pristine condition and certainly not a fancy place by any means but the essentials were clean and it was affordable for the location."

"This hotel has many wonderful features! It feels like an old time resort, with a wonderful restaurant that overlooks Bar Harbor. The views from the room were wonderful and the pianist in the bar was a treat! Acadia is right next-door, and you can walk to town. It was awesome!"

"Very nice property. Liked it. Large clean room, decent breakfast spread. Liked the late night tea/hot chocolate availability. Good, friendly service from front desk. Only negative was that there was no drinking water available anywhere - not a fountain or water dispenser or other option, and no water bottles provided in the room. Had to buy gallons of water at Walmart nearby."
