The location is everything. Rooms were clean. There was a little refurbishing going on but nothing to disturb the stay.

Everything was clean, the staff was great as always, the view is excellent even from the first floor, and the kitchen has just about everything you need. But the property is beginning to show its age and could use a quick and cheap refurbishing on things like furnishings for the doors/closets/etc. ...
