"The food was good and I enjoyed the beach. However, I was disappointed in the condition of the room. There was visible mold around the AC vent and it felt like there was moisture in the air. In addition, the toilet stopped working on the day we were checked. The front desk was aware of the mold a day before my vacation ended and didn’t offer to change the room but instead wanted to send maintenance to the room! "

"The rooms are clean. Staff is excellent and responsive. Storage space is sparse and draws are small. Colonial style rooms are quaint but dated. Landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Beach view is exceptional. Pricing for stay and dining is pricey. Overall the property is wonderful and inviting."

"The Expedia confirmation of my reservation stated that a deposit had been charged to my card. This turned out to be incorrect, they had just placed a hold on my card. This led to an issue on check-in when I was asked to pay the full price of the stay when I was expecting only to pay the balance. This misleading information from Expedia created an unpleasant first impression at the hotel. The hotel has old facilities, which are reasonably well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the amenities in the room, water a refrigerator, and a kettle with very much appreciated. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful property, most of the staff are absolutely amazing... but due to the few inconveniences we had we will not be back to this couples.... we will stick with Negril and swept away, hopefully they are still as we remember . "I would never recommend this property. It is dated and worn out. The food was terrible and yet somehow everything tasted the same. We couldn’t even try some of the restaurants on property because they were either closed or no reservations available. The 2 hot tubs we saw were filthy and damaged. Snorkeling from the beach was literally the only redeeming quality for this resort. This experience was so bad that I wouldn’t trust any Couples Resort moving forward. If you are looking for a quiet and romantic experience, this is not the property for you…LOUD music every single night late into the night. The beach was dirty. There really was nothing good about this place aside from what we got to see while snorkeling just beyond the beach area. "
