Cute and clean small hotel in the 9th arr about a 15m walk to the Palais Garnier and 15m walk to Montmarte. The service is friendly and accommodating. The rooms were small but expected for Paris. The breakfast service was good and a nice way to start the day.

The staff here were amazing! Our baggage got lost by the airlinr and they were so helpful in pointing out where to purchase things. They kept in touch by messaging when we were out to keep us informed that they'd been contacted by the delivery company. Our holiday got off to such a bad start but the staff really made us feel so much better. The room decoration was lovely and the location was perfect - 2 minute walk from the Louvre and the Palais Royale. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was excellent! Wonderful people and very helpful. One young man at the desk helped me retrieve my cellphone that I left in an Uber by contacting Uber help and translated for me. Overall a most comfortable stay and friendly staff. A 10 out of 10 for us!
