We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. An great perk was having the buffet breakfast included. The location was close to everything g we wanted to see and do. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable hotel in a great location
Great location, right on the river and at the top of the main shopping street, close to the square with restaurants & bars and a short walk to the cathedral. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable as was the hotel. Beside a tram stop so convenient for the airport and exploring Tours

Great central hotel
Great hotel, close to restaurants, cafes, sights and the team is on the doorstep. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with loads of options to choose from.

No parking and don't pay for a view!
We booked two rooms and paid the higher rate for a "room with a view" with the hotel on the Loire River we expected a view of the river. We were given rooms that faced a building. The manager refused to give us what we paid for and refused to adjust the rate for the lesser rooms. Also, no parking! We had to use a public garage a distance away. The elevator was not operational and appeared to have been out of commission for years. We had to manage our luggage up several flights on a very narrow staircase. The rooms were fine but a little quirky with a barn door that slide between the closet and bathroom.
This was the view we paid extra for in the booking. The manager was not sympathetic to change rooms or refund the difference to the basic room.

A great November stay
Hotel was excellent,and by far the best Hilton Hotel ever used.I have used a lot! Does the sun always shine in Tours? It was very clean and warm and comfortable.Evening service was very welcome after a day sightseeing. Breakfast was really good,lots of choice and fresh. Also we were able to book in a family member to join us each morning. Staff were very friendly without being intrusive. Bedroom was excellent ,comfy and spacious,clean and warm. We will be returning to Tours a number of times visiting family.We will without hesitation use your hotel each visit.You are so lucky to live and work in such a lovely city.Thank you for making it such a great stay.

Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Lovely bed. Breakfast ok. Staff couldn’t have been better. Just wish the windows opened in the bedroom. Air conditioning inadequate to cope with the heat and stuffiness.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit Kaffee- und Teestation. Das Frühstücksangebot in der Lobby war vollkommen ausreichend mit Brot, Rührei, Obst, Joghurt, Säften, Waffeln etc. Parkmöglichkeiten in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage für 12,30 / Tag direkt am Hotel. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Empfehlenswertes und unkompliziertes Stadthotel. Gerne wieder!
