I am just back from Tours and a stay at Mansion Jules. Fantastic! The place got style and class! It is like staying in a big private house where everything is to the highest standard including service and cleanliness. The location is very close to the railway station and the Cathedral. I can strongly recommend the place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Gaimont. Our hosts Elisa and Mathieu were so welcoming and friendly and made our short stay truly memorable. The rooms are really comfortable and there are lots of places around the property to relax and enjoy the little haven of peace. An outstanding and beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean and in an ideal location. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Room was fantastic - big, well equipped and with air con - perfect. We really loved this hotel and would thoroughly recommend.

Second stay here. 2 nights on the way from Calais to Perigord. Lovely rooms, food and drink. Not cheap but worth it. AC very welcome especially for our ageing Labrador! Pool really good. Not much to do in the village but plenty nearby.

We were welcomed to the hotel by a super friendly host. She told us about the hotel and the local area and showed us to the room. The room was great for 4 - double bed, single and a single sofa bed. It was clean, comfortable, good shower - everything you need. The parking was great as we travelled by car. The hotel is on a brilliant location for exploring Tours. It’s a short walk in over the bridge to restaurants and sights. An excellent hotel. Really pleased we picked it.

Very good hotel set in the middle of Azay and therefore a ver good position. The staff were very helpful and made us very welcome

We stayed for one night to break a journey. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet, with all the facilities we needed. It's a short walk across to the old part of the city, where the bars and restaurants are to be found (we chose the Mangouste, which was great).

Lovely comfortable clean room - special mention for how luxurious the bed felt! Very close to local sights and easy walking distance to excellent restaurants. Slight worry, due to traffic, that we wouldn't make the 7pm check in deadline!
