The pillows in the room were horrible, completely flat and there were no extras. I asked for additional at the front desk but they couldn’t supply any. The parking is a public lot across the street, this should be in the description instead of saying parking available.

Domaine de La Commanderie de Ballan
The staff was wonderful, gave us one free breakfast because our room was not cleaned. You can park near the entrance to unload your luggage but then move it to their parking area, a short walk away.
