"Great property with excellent staff. Unfortunately when we visited it was during a heat wave and there’s no AC because it’s a historical building so the room was very warm. "
"Alittle disappointed, what was shown online was not even in the same building. Tiny apt. With double cylinder deadbolts on 2 doors to exit building and no smoke detector in room. Owner only accepted cash for room instead- beware ATM Charges another 15% That said, great location, and owner was nice. Ok for one or two nights. "
"This is a cosy hotel located in the city centre. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant on the ground floor was quite busy when we arrived on Saturday night. I expect it to be popular based on the reviews.
There are plenty of street parking spots in the area, but it might take a while to find one during busy times.
We stayed there only one night, but we'll book again if we return to the area. "

"The hotel feels brand new, and so very clean. There is only 1-2 people working in the reception/bar/breakfast areas at any given time. The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "Absolutely outstanding property located right across from the train station and net restaurants and shops. The views from the hotel are stunning. Staff and service were also excellent. "

We could walk to and from the train station, BUT on the route we took we had go DOWN towards the lake and encountered a LOT of stairs to go down, which leads towards the lake, turned left at the bottom of the stairs then a few blocks to the hotel. Escalator is available on the return to train station, in lieu of the LOTS of stairs BUT only an UP escalator. We had only carryon luggage, so it was okay on the down part, but if we’d had larger luggage we would’ve gotten a taxi or ride share. Overall it was a great location. The promenade along the lake is spectacular! Would definitely book this hotel again!"
"This hotel is very convenient. You exit tge train and walk to the hotel on platform one. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the lake and city from the terrace and were the only ones there.!!
Breakfast is not included and cost Fr.18 ($22) We chose to walk to the Migro supermarket about 8 minutes down near the lake to get our yogurt and fruit instead. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute of our arrival."
