Posizione molto comoda per accedere a tutte le attrazioni della zona e ai mezzi di trasporto. Personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. La stanza 14, al pianoterra aveva un cattivo odore di scarico delle acque. Nonostante il piano basso è abbastanza silenziosa.

Great hotel, great service, and location.

I stayed one night at this hotel and it was great. The room was comfortable and well appointed, the location was terrific, and overall good value. I had the breakfast, which was also quite good. The best part though was the service. The gentleman at reception (I didn’t get his name) was very helpful in getting some of my transportation logistics figured out. In addition he gave me some great recommendations for dining and sites to see. A great experience at the hotel all around!

Geen eigen parking, en zelfs bagage uitladen voor de deur is quasi onmogelijk. Geen lounge en geen bar. Troosteloze kleine ontbijtzaal aan de inkom. Gezelligheid zero. Dus ofwel buiten blijven ofwel op de kamer gaan zitten. De kamers zijn wel ok, maar daar blijft het bij. De ligging van het hotel is centraal in de stad, maar van een echte winkelbuurt kan men zeker niet spreken.

bon séjour, hôtel en plein centre , très bien situé. la chambre donnait sur une petite rue , tranquille la première nuit mais en revanche des promeneurs bruyants ont perturbé la seconde. prévoir peut être des fenêtres plus acoustiques. je n'avais pas dans ma chambre de miroir loupe ;

A lovely and small boutique hotel on a very quiet road and yet in the centre of Toulouse. Staff was very friendly and helpful and room was spotless (and very well equipped). Very competitive price as well for this type of room in such a central location. I sincerely couldn't fault it

Dès mon arrivée j'ai du changer de chambre puisque l'espace douche ne disposait pas d'un pommeau de douche me permettant d'avoir de l'eau au dessus de ma tête. La nouvelle chambre que l'on m'a fournie était toutefois conventionnelle et j'ai pu passer un agréable séjour.

La atención del personal ha sido inmejorable

El personal inmejorable pero creo que la habitación necesita una reforma total. Nos asignaron una habitación que la puerta no cerraba bien, ya nos lo avisaron y un día nos la encontramos abierta, no pasó nada. El baño tenía bañera pero necesita una mampara o bien una cortina porque colocabas bien la ducha se llenaba todo el baño de agua, así que no pudimos usarla en condiciones para no mojar todo. También el 2º día aparecí con un montón de picaduras de mosquitos en las piernas, sólo yo, yo creo que sería por el colchón pero no estoy segura de ello. Sí que es cierto, que lo del baño y la puerta lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que lo notificarían a la dirección.

When in Toulouse...

Great little hotel, well located within walking distance of central Toulouse. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Room was clean and well appointed.Only the plumbing noises from other rooms were a nuisance ( older building vibes) but otherwise a great stay.
