A place of tranquility where you are at ease in a beautiful garden, nice pool to cool down. Franck and Colette are welcoming and always helpful, but mostly make you feel at home. We have an electric car. There is a slow charger in the parking for emergency, and a good, cheap, charger of 22KW about 200 meters away.

We had the pleasure of staying one night in the beautiful "Terre de Sable" room, and it was exceptionally comfortable. Maison Bao is a truly idyllic retreat, thoughtfully designed with impeccable attention to every detail. What a wonderful place, full of history and uniquely charming- the pool was amazing too! Staff were friendly and we learned a bit of French wartime history, for which we felt proud and grateful.

We stayed here before taking the ferry. It was ideal. The ferry terminal is closed by. The greeting was very welcoming and we were treated to great, friendly service throughout our two night stay. The owners and their staff were very helpful.
